General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all offers and agreements between signundsinn GmbH, Jean-Paul-Richter-Str. 3, 81369 Munich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "B2Blox"), and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "customers," "users," or "entrepreneurs").

The offer from B2Blox is exclusively directed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The services of B2Blox are exclusively subject to the following GTC. Deviating or opposing terms of the user shall only become part of the contract if B2Blox has expressly agreed to them in writing.

Scope of Services

B2Blox provides information in the form of company data lists and data exports. Unless otherwise specified in the offers, B2Blox's offers are non-binding. An order placed by the customer via the website or email constitutes a binding offer in accordance with Section 145 BGB.

A contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the order (via email as an order confirmation) by B2Blox. B2Blox reserves the right to decide on the acceptance of an order after a legal review.

Liability

B2Blox is only liable for intent or gross negligence when executing orders. This limitation of liability does not apply in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, in cases under the Product Liability Act, or in cases of damage to life, body, or health. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, damages are limited to typically foreseeable damages. The customer is obliged to comply with all legal regulations, particularly data protection regulations, when using the provided company data.

Quality Guarantee

B2Blox does not guarantee the quality of the delivered lists, except in the cases regulated below. This guarantee exists in addition to the customer's statutory rights in case of defects. If errors in the lists occur within 14 days of delivery and are reported in writing, B2Blox will provide an equivalent replacement or refund the proportional amount for the affected data records. To claim the guarantee, the erroneous data records must be marked in the originally delivered list and sent via email to B2Blox.

Prices and Payment

The prices stated in the offer or contract apply. Unless otherwise specified, these are net prices plus the applicable VAT. Invoices from B2Blox are payable immediately upon receipt without deductions. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the customer is automatically in default without the need for further reminders (Section 286 (2) BGB). Once payment is received, the order will be processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).

Data Accuracy and Deviations

The company data on which the lists are based are subject to constant changes. As a result, deviations in quantities or company details may occur compared to the offer. In orders with multiple target groups, overlaps may occur, reducing the total quantity. Each company is charged to the customer only once per order.

Usage Restrictions

The lists and data provided by B2Blox may not be passed on to third parties either free of charge or for a fee. Publication of the information contained in the lists is not permitted.

Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
